The Role

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering cutting-edge solutions for our enterprise customers. You’ll work closely with client stakeholders to understand their processes, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement models and strategies that drive business results.

Responsibilities 
and tasks  

  • Collaborate with enterprise customers to identify and understand their business challenges.
  • Design and implement machine learning models, algorithms, and data-driven strategies to optimize processes and enhance decision-making.
  • Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Lead project teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through their data-driven transformation journey.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
  • Your own budget and achieving it, as well as contributing to the involvement and employment of others.

What We´re 
Looking For  

  • Experience: 5+ years in data science or similar, preferably in consultancy or enterprise settings.
  • Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with Python programming. Familiarity with some of our primary libraries is an advantage: Pandas, PySpark, MLFlow, scikit-learn, Dash. Experience with/basic knowledge of Cloud services, such as Microsoft Azure, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Data Lake, and Blob.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to understand and optimize business processes in retail, utility, or manufacturing.
  • Consulting Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
  • Self-Driven: Capable of working independently and leading projects from concept to delivery.

Location: You will be based in our office in Kongens Lyngby or Lystrup (near Aarhus)  but with a hybrid work model.

Travel activity: You can expect some travel activity in Denmark, primarily near Copenhagen/Zealand (if Kongens Lyngby) or Jutland (If Lystrup)
