Responsibilities
and tasks
In your role as Senior Data Management Consultant at Inspari, you will take on a range of responsibilities and tasks, including:
- Lead and facilitate data-driven transformation projects with a focus on data governance, data quality, and master data management
- Advise decision-makers on establishing and scaling sustainable data management structures that support business strategy
- Develop and implement data governance frameworks and policies in close collaboration with both business and IT stakeholders
- Deliver training and enablement programs to increase data maturity and accountability within organizations
- Conduct workshops and maintain close communication with stakeholders to gather essential input for designing and implementing effective decision systems
- Actively contribute to pre-sales activities together with our sales team
- Create measurable business outcomes that strengthen operations and competitiveness for our clients
Your
qualifications
We envision that you bring:
- Strong knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and data architecture
- Experience with data standards and frameworks
- Experience with or interest in enablement and embedding data culture in larger organizations
- Familiarity with tools and platforms for master data management
- Experience delivering training and building data competencies within organizations
- Comfortable working at the intersection of business and IT - with a clear understanding of how data drives business value

Location: You will be based at our office in Kongens Lyngby with a hybrid work model
Travel: You should expect some travel for customer meetings, primarily in Copenhagen/Zealand, planned together with you.
