Capability Lead
Business Transformation
AI & Data Strategy | Governance | Business Consulting | Program & Portfolio Leadership
Do you want to help shape, professionalise, and scale business transformation in a modern data & AI consulting company, among the leading players in the market?
At Inspari, we are looking for a Capability Lead to take full professional ownership of our Business Transformation capability – at the intersection of data & AI strategy, governance and transformation, from direction-setting to technology-driven execution.
This is not a classic management consulting role. It is a senior leadership role in a Data & AI consultancy, where advisory must translate into action and measurable results, and where transformation is always anchored in technology, platforms and value realisation.
Your role
at a glance
In our matrix organisation, where capabilities are a key dimension, you as Capability Lead will be responsible for developing and maturing Inspari’s Business Transformation capability, including:
-
direction-setting and professional development
-
methods, frameworks and quality standards
-
building a strong community and professional domain environment
-
governance closely linked to data, AI and technology platforms
-
ensuring transformation is measurable, manageable and anchored – not PowerPoint-driven
You own the direction, quality, and the shared approach to how we drive transformation
You do not manage employees’ day-to-day work (this is handled by People Leads), and you do not own sales alone (this is handled by Commercial/Engagement Leads).
You are the professional owner and catalyst in the matrix.
The role does not include traditional line management, but you will have clear ownership of the area, responsibility for cross-functional collaboration, and strong backing from senior leadership to set direction, drive development and raise quality across Inspari.
This is a senior key position (Director/Senior Director level) with clear leadership anchoring within Inspari. You will have the mandate to set direction for the capability, drive shared standards for methods, quality and governance, and act as a key voice in the development of Inspari’s overall transformation approach.
The capability currently consists of 30+ consultants.
How we organise:
Modern matrix
Inspari has recently moved away from classic hierarchical structures.
Today, we operate as a capability-based organisation with four major capability areas, which together enable successful AI and data transformation for enterprise clients:
-
AI, Apps & Automation
-
Business Transformation
-
Cloud, Infrastructure & Security
-
Data Platform
At Inspari, we work in a modern matrix with clear roles and responsibilities across capabilities. This enables higher speed, stronger collaboration and greater professional ownership – where quality, competence and execution are key.
Capability area
in detail
The area typically spans:
-
business, data & AI transformation
-
strategy implementation and execution models
-
governance, operating models & decision frameworks
-
programme and portfolio management
-
business/IT alignment
-
value realisation, benefits management & change
The ambition is clear: To be among the strongest in AI and data transformation – and help clients convert technology into measurable impact through strong governance and sustainable adoption.

Delivery excellence across clients
You will play a key role in:
-
supporting Engagement Leads in complex or critical deliveries
-
ensuring methods are applied correctly – and developed through experience
-
acting as a professional sparring partner in strategic client situations

raising overall delivery quality and maturity across engagements
Commercial co-responsibility
You contribute to the business through:

What does success look like
in this role
After 12-18 months, you will have:
- defined a clear direction and scope for the Business Transformation capability (incl. offerings, standards and the “Inspari way of doing transformation”)
- implemented shared methods and frameworks with high delivery quality and recognisability across clients (incl. quality gates and continuous method improvement)
- built a strong professional community with Capability Experts as visible thought leaders driving knowledge sharing, sparring, and delivery quality
- established close and natural integration with other capabilities (Data Platform, AI, Infrastructure) through shared governance, delivery models and collaboration interfaces
- delivered documented client impact and strengthened Inspari’s market position through stronger value realisation and clearer transformation impact
The profile, we are looking for
We are looking for a profile with strong professional authority and solid commercial understanding, who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution – and who can build and mature a transformation capability with high quality and measurable impact.
We expect you to have 10+ years of solid experience in transformation, governance, advisory and delivery within complex organisations, preferably with touchpoints to Data & AI – and a proven ability to turn ambition into structure, momentum, and results.
You are someone who has operated across multiple arenas and can therefore lift the area both strategically and operationally:
-
Consulting excellence: You have delivered advisory services within strategy, governance, and transformation leadership.
-
Capability leadership: You have held a leadership role in a consulting environment and understand how to build offerings, communities, methods, and quality.
-
Client-side ownership: You have held responsibility on the client side, with decision-making authority, prioritisation and execution in transformations where Inspari-like deliveries were part of the solution.
This combination enables you to shape direction while ensuring transformation is executed and anchored in practice – with measurable value and strong delivery excellence.
You have a strong “builder mindset” and find it motivating to create something that is meant to grow. You have a strong network and can attract both clients and top talent, thanks to your credibility in the market and your ability to build a strong professional environment around you.
Location &
cross-site cooperation
You will be based either at our office in Kgs. Lyngby or Lystrup (Aarhus). However, the role is cross-functional by nature, and you will work across locations, capabilities and client teams depending on engagements and deliveries.
The role is highly client-facing, and you should expect significant time spent on client sites.
On the contrary
we offer you
-
a central role with significant influence in a leading Data & AI company
-
the opportunity to shape and scale a strategically important capability
-
a modern organisation without unnecessary hierarchies
-
ambitious colleagues and a strong professional environment
-
enterprise clients with complex challenges where you can create real impact
Heartwork in practice
At Inspari, we work with Heartwork – a culture where people and professional excellence go hand in hand. We combine high expertise and high pace with strong collaboration, integrity and genuine care. We believe the best results are created when talented people work with both heart and mind.
