As Head of Recruitment, you work closely with the management group of Inspari, and together you are both in charge of finding all the talents who are a part of making us grow. And let's be honest - our level of ambition is high and we can only imagine that yours is as well. 

Your primary task is to be in charge of our recruitment process of primarily heavy it-specialists and senior-level profiles in close cooperation with the recruiting leader. An important first task for you could be to set the right recruitment team whether you see the need for a sourcer and/or talent acquisition consultant to support you in the search part. Another important part of the role is, together with the management group and our CHRO, to run our Talentstrategy so that our internal composition always matches our development.

While your colleagues in the management group are the ones you work the closest with, you will also get the pleasure of your colleagues in HR, who, together with IT and finance, form a strong backbone in our administration. Therefore, you can look forward to an amazing team of skilled HR colleagues who grants support and backup making you able to focus on foremost duty: To establish contact and secure that the right, amazing people with the right, strong competencies become a part of Inspari.
